At Samuel Digital, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your patio chair or any other item from our store, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our support team at support@samueldigital.shop. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@samueldigital.shop and we’ll assist you with the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Custom or special orders may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@samueldigital.shop.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started processing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
